Eczane Kıbrıs is an app and website that shows the pharmacies on duty and pharmacy details in North Cyprus. You don’t need an account, and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.

Location

If you allow it, the app uses your location to sort pharmacies by distance and show how far they are. This happens only on your phone: your location is not sent to our servers or stored. The home screen widget also picks the nearest pharmacy from your phone’s last known location.

Problem reports

When you use “Report a problem” on a pharmacy, we store: which pharmacy and what kind of problem, the note you write, the app’s language and version, and a random device number created on your phone that isn’t linked to your identity (to stop many reports being sent from one device in a short time). If you tick “I’m at the pharmacy now, add my location”, your location at that moment is added to the report and used to correct the pharmacy’s position on the map. Reports are used only to correct the information.

Stored on your phone

So it works without an internet connection, the app keeps a copy of the pharmacy and duty lists, the region you picked and the random device number above on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them.

Ads and tracking

There are no ads, analytics tools or tracking across other apps and websites, in the app or on the website.

Service providers

• Data is held on Supabase servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).
• The website runs on Vercel, which may keep server logs (such as IP addresses) for a short time.
• Maps on pharmacy pages are shown with Google Maps; directions open in Apple or Google Maps.

Source of the data

The duty list and pharmacy details come from the public lists of the Cyprus Turkish Pharmacists’ Association (KTEB) and may have changed; we recommend calling the pharmacy before you go.
