A pharmacy’s details are wrong

Open the pharmacy in the app and tap “Report a problem” at the bottom. You can report the address, phone, map location or duty information; we check and correct it.

Where does the duty list come from?

From the duty list published by the Cyprus Turkish Pharmacists’ Association (KTEB), checked several times a day. Pharmacies on duty are usually open 08:00–00:00 (until 22:00 in İskele and 20:00 in Karpas; by phone from 22:00 to 00:00 in Lefka). No pharmacy is open between 00:00 and 08:00; in an emergency, call 112.

Information comes from KTEB and may have changed; we recommend calling the pharmacy before you go.

The widget doesn’t update

The widget updates itself as duty hours change. If you haven’t opened the app for a long time and the list is out of date, opening the app once is enough.
